About the foundation:
Founded in 2011 by community leaders and firefighters, the Alpine Fire Protection Foundation is a 501(c)3 public charity located in the eastern sector of San Diego County, in the community of Alpine, CA. The mission of the Foundation is to support the Alpine Fire Protection District in its efforts to provide an enhanced level of service to the community by providing funding that would not otherwise be made available through the District’s budget process, to supply the highest level of technology, equipment, tools and training to keep the property and citizens of Alpine and the surrounding region, safe from the ravages of fire, natural disasters and unforeseen injuries and illness.
Tax deductible donations to the Foundation directly supports our local fire department.

Alpine Fire Protection District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Alpine Fire Protection District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
